By accessing or using the RiverstoneLending website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service. This Service is an information referral service and is not a lender, financing broker, or agent for any lender.
RiverstoneLending provides an online referral service that connects consumers who submit financing requests with participating lenders in our network. We do not make credit decisions, issue financing, or guarantee that any lender will extend an offer. The information you submit through our request form may be shared with one or more lenders to determine whether an offer may be available.
To submit a request, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your state of residence), a legal resident of the United States, and provide accurate, complete, and current information. Submitting a request does not guarantee an offer. Lenders in our network may have additional eligibility requirements.
You represent and warrant that all information you provide through the Service is accurate, complete, and current to the best of your knowledge. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
RiverstoneLending does not guarantee that submitting a request will result in an offer from a lender, that you will qualify for any amount, or that you will receive any specific rate, term, or financing product. Financing amounts, rates, terms, and availability vary by lender and by state.
Any financing offer you receive comes directly from a participating lender, not from RiverstoneLending. If you accept an offer, you enter into a separate agreement with that lender. The lender's terms, conditions, rates, fees, and repayment schedule govern your financing. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the lender's agreement before accepting.
RiverstoneLending provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RiverstoneLending shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any financing obtained through a lender in our network.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
RiverstoneLending may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
