RiverstoneLending is an information referral service, not a lender, financing broker, or agent for any lender. We do not make credit decisions, issue financing, or set rates, fees, or terms. Our role is to connect consumers who submit requests with participating lenders in our network.
Participating lenders in our network are expected to comply with applicable federal and state lending laws, including the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), and state-level licensing and disclosure requirements. Lenders are responsible for determining creditworthiness, setting terms, and disclosing all costs to consumers in writing before any agreement is signed.
RiverstoneLending and the lenders in our network are committed to fair lending practices. We do not tolerate discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, source of income, or any other status protected by applicable law. All requests are evaluated based on the information provided and each lender's underwriting criteria.
Request amounts through our Service range from $500 to $5,000. Not all lenders can provide up to $5,000. Repayment terms range from 91 days to 72 months. Actual amounts, rates, and terms vary by lender and by state and depend on factors such as creditworthiness, income, and state law.
Submitting a request through our Service does not guarantee that a lender will extend an offer, that you will qualify for a specific amount, or that you will receive any particular rate or term. Completion of a request does not constitute an offer.
We encourage consumers to borrow responsibly. Before accepting any offer, review the lender's terms carefully, including the APR, fees, repayment schedule, and total cost. Borrow only what you can afford to repay. Late or missed payments may result in additional fees and may affect your credit score.
Financing products are not available in all states. Residents of certain states may not be eligible for some or all products arranged through this Service. Availability and terms are subject to change based on applicable law.
